| I. Background | |
| APOE 是一種膽固醇載體，參與腦內脂質運輸和修復。APOE 是一種多態(tài)蛋白，具有 APOE4、APOE3 和 APOE2 三種異構體，它們之間存在兩個氨基酸替換（分別為 Arg/Arg、 Cys/Arg 和 Cys/Cys），導致三級結構不同，并可能改變 APOE 的功能。盡管異構體之間存 在相似性，但它們在發(fā)生 AD 的風險方面存在重大差異，其中 APOE4 是 AD 發(fā)生的強烈危 險因素。APOE3 是最常見的亞型，不影響患 AD 的風險，而 APOE2 與患 AD 的風險降低有關。 | |
