| Description | 滋養(yǎng)層細胞表面抗原2（Trophoblast cell sur-face antigen 2, Trop2）是由染色體1p32上的基因腫瘤相關鈣通道傳感蛋白2（tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2, TACSTD2）編碼的36 kDa跨膜蛋白。研究表明，Trop2在多種實體瘤中高表達，包括胃癌（Gastric cancer, GC）、乳腺癌（Breast cancer, BC）和宮頸癌（Cervical cancer, CC）等，其能通過參與多種細胞內(nèi)信號通路，例如絲裂原活化蛋白激酶（Mitogen-activated protein kinases, MA-PKs）和磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶（Phospoinositide 3-kin-ases, PI3K）等信號通路，從而促進腫瘤細胞的增殖、遷移和侵襲。因其在實體瘤中高表達且與患者預后不良顯著相關，Trop2已經(jīng)成為癌癥治療非常有潛力的靶點。 |
